INSURANCE
Plymouth Meeting Dental Associates is a fee for service practice. We are not a participating provider with any insurance carrier. We offer the convenience of submitting the claim to your insurance for you. Most insurance policies, with the exception of DMO or HMO, work with us and reimburse you, the patient. You are financially responsible for your portion
